I am a Chapter Lead with 7 years of experience as a Team Lead and Chapter Lead, and over 30 years of experience in software development as a Developer and Software Architect. 

I have spent many years managing teams using the SCRUM methodology for Agile development.

I have always driven the work forwards, finding solutions to blockers, bringing in experts for advice and generally finding a way to achieve the sprint goals and longer project goals in any which way we can.
